In his role as an of counsel for Law Offices of Olga Zalomiy, Maxim Vaynerov represents companies and individuals in state and federal courts of all levels. Mr. Vaynerov has extensive jury trial experience, and he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of cases. Mr. Vaynerov has tried numerous technology development, internet commerce, real property development and management, equipment leasing, and health care services and its related industries cases to verdict in both state and federal courts

Maxim Vaynerov was born in Moscow, Russia. In 1991, he graduated UCLA, where he received a B.A. in political science. In 1995, Mr. Vaynerov graduated UCLA School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in the State of California since 1995 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Central and Eastern Districts of California.

Mr. Vaynerov is also the co-founder at Barnhill & Vaynerov LLP, a California litigation boutique that has assembled a uniquely experienced team of professionals to address complicated litigation for its clients.
